This may involve suspending or terminating relationships with affiliates found to be engaging in fraudulent practices. Our commitment to maintaining a fair and transparent affiliate program is unwavering. To further protect our legitimate partners, we provide clear and comprehensive guidelines for ethical and responsible affiliate marketing. Our focus next year will include some interesting and innovative perks that the industry has never seen before. We have launched sports multi-bet campaigns which further improve our sports betting section and make the whole betting experience more exciting. Culture-specific bonuses are also something we implemented this year and we plan to further pursue. We design bonuses specific to each of our main GEOs and are even contemplating a special campaign for some GEOs. They are related to specific holidays that take place in different cultures. However, coming from an influencer marketing background, I have to tell you that when I first came into this industry I instantly fell in love with the people and the job. I never expected to have a job that brings me so much satisfaction and is so fun. Call it serendipity, but my favorite part about my position is the company culture and the people I work with who are truly exceptional. On the affiliate marketing side itself – one of the most challenging aspects is staying ahead of the curve in our rapidly evolving industry. The crypto gambling space is dynamic, with regulatory changes, market trends, and technological advancements occurring frequently. Adapting strategies to these shifts and ensuring that our affiliate program remains competitive and compliant requires constant vigilance and proactive planning. Managing relationships with a diverse array of affiliates, each with unique needs and expectations, also presents its challenges. Balancing effective communication, addressing concerns, and fostering mutually beneficial partnerships can be demanding but is crucial for the success of the affiliate program. However, the opportunity to work with a global network of affiliates who share a passion for the crypto gambling industry, building and nurturing relationships with our affiliates, witnessing their success, and collaborating on innovative marketing strategies are incredibly fulfilling aspects of my role. I find great satisfaction in contributing to the growth of TrustDice’s affiliate program. And last but not least – speaking and travelling to conferences have to be a highlight. I love going up on stage and tackling important issues and also meeting our affiliates in person and making new connections.

Absolutely! First and foremost, gaming is a big part of my leisure time, and I’m an avid PlayStation gamer currently playing on PS5. Besides this, the only other sport I do is swimming. Another passion of mine is poker. The strategic elements of the game always captivate me, and it’s a hobby that allows me to engage both my analytical and social skills. Quality time with family is a big one as well. Also, not sure if you can count it as a hobby, but, like I previously mentioned, I adore attending and speaking at conferences. It’s an exciting opportunity to stay updated on industry developments and network with fellow professionals. It’s a rewarding journey that allows me to contribute to the field.
