Collin McKinney named VP of Operations at Polymarket

Prediction market operator Polymarket has announced the appointment of Collin McKinney Hill as the company’s new Vice President of Operations.

Collin McKinney named VP of Operations at Polymarket

McKinney joins Polymarket from DoorDash, where he spent 5 and a half years and worked most recently as General Manager, leading Drive, one of the company’s biggest business units, while building out multiple new products and services. Before DoorDash, he spent over 6 years at investment management firm Bridgewater Associates, working under founder Ray Dalio.

Polymarket commented on the appointment:

“As prediction markets move from niche to mainstream, operational rigor becomes the thing that separates platforms that scale from platforms that stall. Collin’s track record is exactly what this moment calls for.”

McKinney added:

“After an unbelievable 5.5 years at DoorDash, I’m excited to share that I’m joining Polymarket to lead operations. I’m deeply grateful to the leaders and teammates who made my time at DoorDash so special. It’s truly a one-of-a-kind company, and I’ll always be proud to have worked alongside some of the most talented operators in the industry. The experience shaped who I am and changed the course of my career and life. The vision at Polymarket is bold, the opportunity is enormous, and I can’t wait to get to work with the team. Onwards!”

The appointment comes just a week after Polymarket named Warren Jenson as its Chief Financial Officer.
