Complaint against Jacklabs Agency – Misrepresentation and Non-Payment

On November 13th, we entered into an agreement with Jacklabs Agency.

We signed an IO and paid an advance of $3,000 for a one-month placement on two Telegram bots: @rollinchainbot and @megaclaimbot, which Jacklabs claimed to own.

After one week of inactivity, we were contacted by the actual owner of the bots. We discovered that:

1. Jacklabs Agency does not own these properties; they were acting as undisclosed intermediaries.

2. They never transferred our payment to the actual owner for the placement.

We confronted Jacklabs Agency regarding this breach. They agreed to a full refund of the $3,000, promising the return of funds within a few days. However, we are filing this report to document the incident and request assistance in ensuring this refund is processed immediately.
