DraftKings has applied for a patent to develop a new gaming development company which is called Black Throne Studios.

The gaming studio is officially registered in the state of Delaware, USA, and it offers development services for not only casino games but also electronic games and electronic casino games.

Currently, it is unknown if this organization is going to be separated from the betting company’s core business or is going to start working as a subsidiary.

Even though the brand operates a B2C business with DraftKings Casino, it was never a B2B provider. For this reason the brand was contacted to share their opinion about this issue.

However, the brand is not considered as a B2B provider, it offers its sportsbooks tech to 3rd parties as they started fully owning their technology stack by.

Back in May, DraftKings purchased Golden Nugget Online Gaming with a plan to expand both its appeal and gaming offers by buying SBTech.

DraftKings is also active around North America as lately it was released in Ontario.
