ELA Games to join slot innovation panel at SBC Summit Malta

ELA Games is getting ready to take the stage at the upcoming SBC Summit Malta to discuss the ongoing evolution of casino content, represented by Senior Business Development Manager Petr Vonarshenko.

The panel, part of the “Product Visionaries” track, titled Casino Product Innovation & Content: The Future of Slots, will bring together industry voices to rethink how slots are built and experienced today.

The studio is set to contribute to the session examining how modern slots are transforming into shared, narrative-rich experiences. The conversation will look at the growing demand for features like co-op jackpots, friend-based challenges, and player-influenced mechanics, as well as how data-led design is helping studios build more engaged, niche “micro-audiences” around their content.

The panel agenda aligns closely with ELA Games’s core focus on narrative-led development. The discussion will cover how cinematic storytelling, branded collaborations, and episodic content drops are changing modern slot design and moving it away from isolated spins toward more dynamic, interconnected game worlds.

The panel will take place at the InterContinental Hotel in Malta on April 29, from 15:00–15:45 CEST (14:00–14:45 BST). Joining Petr Vonarshenko on stage will be Janick Bonnici (Principal Gaming Content Manager at Betsson Group) and Steve Cutler (CEO and co-founder of KALAMBA), with the session moderated by Arjan Korstjens (Principal at the Casino Marketing Academy).
