Esports Entertainment starts its betting operation in NJ
Esports Entertainment Group, Malta-based iGaming company focused on sports betting, acquired a license to operate across NJ state by the DGE, being the number one operator to get a transactional waiver.
The company is undergoing soft play regulatory checking via VIE.gg platform since January 24.
Throughout the last year, Esports Entertainment secured collaborations with some sport teams such as Indianapolis Colts and Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Grant Johnson, the chairman of Esports Entertainment, noted:
“As the premier licensed esports company accepting bets within NJ state, we’re very proud, and want to express our gratitude to the DGE for their license”.
“By 2027, worldwide esports wagering is anticipated to reach over $205bn and for us, it’s very encouraging to be a part of it and launch our betting operations across the US”, he added.”
