SOFTSWISS Managed Services’ addition – Player Reactivation

The SOFTSWISS Managed Services has a new addition to its services – Player Reactivation.

The department will be analyzing player performance, with the goal of making SOFTSWISS partners worry less about entertaining existing clients and more on attracting new ones.

In order to test the outcomes (which turned out to be great) of the new addition, the service was originally introduced to few clients in 2021. Player Reactivation is now accessible to everyone using the SOFTSWISS Online Casino Platform.

Artyom Rudakov, Deputy Head of B2C, went on to remark that the company wants its partners to emphasize generating new clients rather than worrying about existing players and their level of engagement.

So what will Player Reactivation service necessarily do?

The service comes in three languages: English, Russian, and German. It will handle any customer who has shown a drop or lack of game involvement for any reason. It will also help any clients who are having tech difficulties. The service may reach out to the user in the event of a long-playing pause or a substantial withdrawal.

Rudakov continued, saying:

“As the percentage of customers and demands grew, we concluded that establishing a dedicated team for player reactivation would enable us to concentrate on players the client already owned. We recognize the relevance of this portion of the player pool, so the Player Reactivation team emphasizes targeted and customized strategy for each player.”
