Evolution’s income grew in the 1st quarter of 2022
Evolution reported its operating income for Q1 of 2022, which is 326.8 million euros, 39% more compared to the last year.
Earnings before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization grew by 43% amounting 230 million euros, which corresponds to a 70% margin.
The supplier also reported a revenue of 198 million euros, with earnings per share before dilution of 0.93 euros.
During the first three months of 2022 Evolution acquired 747 thousand shares, which marks the end of the Evolution repurchase program, in which a total of 1,905,865 shares were acquired.
Just like other companies, Evolution moved to Ontario. In New Jersey, at the beginning of 2022 Evolution released Lightning Roulette, an online game.
Evolution’s managing director Martin Carlesund expressed his excitement:
“I am very pleased with our employee’s work, because we were able to have good results.”
Later he added that while they were pleased to see the effects of the pandemic slowly waning in Europe and North America during the quarter, their attention shifted to the war and humanitarian catastrophe in Ukraine. Also before the war they had almost 100 workers in Kiev and it affected their emotional and financial status too.
