Ex-GiG SVP Jonathan Gauci launches Elantil casino platform

Jonathan Gauci, the former SVP of Engineering at Gaming Innovation Group (GiG), has introduced a new casino platform: Elantil.

During his time at GiG since 2019, Gauci has helped create six successful online casino platforms. Before his time at GiG, Gauci was the CTO at Cerberus Technology, as well as made valuable contributions at Betsson Group and NetRefer.

With 22+ years of experience in the field, Gauci wants to help operators handle growth and scalability, stating that the new casino platform is designed to solve common problems in the iGaming industry, as Elantil’s main goal is to give operators more control and flexibility in managing their platforms.

Gauci, stepping in as Elantil’s CEO, said:

“It was time to put my accumulated expertise to good use by developing an all-new solution that addresses the issues operators face with their current providers.”

He elaborated saying that Elantil’s platform offers tools that give operators more control and encourage third-party innovation, helping businesses to be in more control of their selling points. According to Gauci, the platform is certified and follows international regulations, allowing operators a fast launch in the market.

Gauci said:

“I’m excited about launching Elantil and look forward to sharing more big announcements in the coming weeks.”

For this venture, Gauci is teamed up with other experienced professionals from Malta, including co-founders John Debono, Clyde Vassallo, and Shaun Tabone, to create Elantil. The company has also teased exciting announcements about new executive hires.
