Flutter finalizes Singular acquisition

Announced earlier last month, the Irish bookmaker firm – Flutter is ready to finalize the complete acquisition of gambling software supplier – Singular’s assets.

Announced earlier in late September, it has been confirmed; FTSE100 gambling giant – Flutter Entertainment, will have 100% of Singular’s shares transferred to them, finalizing the buyout of the B2B gaming software company.

Through finalizing of this venture, Singular is going to add to Flutter’s existing set of technology assets, which will help power Flutter’s tier-1 brands such as Betfair, Paddy Power, The Stars Group, and Sky Bet.

This is a significant step for Flutter in the regulated cis region (Commonwealth of Independent States), as well as a step towards strengthening the already existing business relationship between the two companies, who prior to this, collaborated via Adjarabet (Flutter’s subsidiary), elongating the formal professional partnership between the two for five more years.

Singular’s CBDO and co-founder – Darko Gacov, called the finalization of this acquisition “an exciting new step” for Singular in its business journey:

“We’re looking forward to new opportunities and challenges that this expansion will see us face.”

Singular’s shareholders in this transaction were advised mainly by accountancy companies; Partis Capital and Crowe UK, both of which teamed up to provide M&A-related guidance, while DWF’s Justin Edgar and Edon Byrnes took care of legal counseling.
