iGaming software provider – Singular to be acquired by Flutter
The Irish bookmaking holding company – Flutter Entertainment plc, carries out complete buyout of iGaming software provider – Singular’s shares.
The acquisition sees Flutter gain 100% of Singular’s shares, as announced by Partis Capital and Crowe UK, both of whom were in the role of advisors for the company’s shareholders.
The buyout marks yet another step in the professional relationship between Singular and Flutter, after the latter’s subsidiary brand – Adjarabet, a well-established iGaming name in Georgia, secured an elongation of the pre-existing deal with Singular earlier this year, expanding it for another 5 years.
Since the very founding of Adjaraet in Georgia and the launch of its digital device in 2011, Singular has been supporting the brand, supplying it with its gaming platform solution and helping Adjarabet build its name in the Georgian gambling market.
Singular’s co-founder and CBDO – Darko Gacov, stated about the deal:
“This strategic agreement is a major acknowledgement of Singular and how far we’ve come until now, setting a foundation for a thrilling new phase for our company.
We are excited to explore new opportunities and challenges while being an integral in one of the world’s leading iGaming companies.”
