Andreas Söneby, former Kambi CIO, has joined the board of directors of GiG Platform.

Andreas Söneby is a professional with strong experience and a proven track record in the gaming and technology industry. His career includes notable roles such as CIO of Kambi from 2010 to 2020, where he played a key role in shaping the company’s technology strategy and overseeing a team of over 300.

Before working with Kambi, he was CTO of Unibet, where he worked from 2006 to 2010. After leaving Kambi, he worked as CEO of White Hat Gaming and then took on the role of VP of Engineering at Instabox, which later merged with Budbee to form Instabee.

Andreas Söneby will replace Tomasz Juroszek who temporarily exited the board of directors during GiG’s transition into two separate entities: GiG Platform and Gentoo Media.
