Gaming Labs International acquires iTech Labs
GLI has recently announced its latest purchase of the testing laboratory iTech Labs.
As part of this latest acquisition, iTech Labs will continue focusing on its own independent operations, although it will be working closely with its new parent firm and will be able to coordinate with GLI’s back-office and sales teams. Moreover, this partnership will allow iTech Labs to make use of GLI’s expansive network of testing laboratory and regulator partners, through which it will be able to enhance its offerings.
The president of GLI, James Maida, remarked:
“We are delighted to welcome iTech Labs and its professional team to our family. We are also excited that their team and key people like Kiren Sreekumar will be maintaining their positions at the company, which will continue operating under the iTech Labs brand in the same way it has been doing for nearly the past two decades.”
The CEO of iTech Labls, Kiren Sreekumar, stated:
“We are delighted to be joining GLI Group as a subsidiary. The firm shares our core values and dedication to delivering industry-leading services to our client base. While we have managed a decent level of growth over our time on the market, we are certain that this collaboration with GLI will further enhance our expansion momentum.”
iTech Labs was acquired by GLI’s Australian subsidiary and is now fully owned by the latter.
