Sharing its Q2 earnings, affiliate and media company Grandstand has revealed that its revenue declined by 5% year-on-year, reaching $37.8 million.

The earnings call comes just a few weeks after Gambling.com Group rebranded to Grandstand on July 23, 2026. The company also reported a 44% drop in adjusted EBITDA, which came in at $7.7 million.

Grandstand additionally announced a $4.6 million net loss, representing a 66% decline, and adjusted net income of $2.5 million. The second quarter’s gross profit also dropped by 14% to $31.8 million, while the cost of sales jumped by 119% to $5.9 million as a result of diversification in the company’s traffic sources.

CEO and co-founder of Grandstand, Kevin McCrystle, stated:

“Our business is significantly more diversified than at any other time in our 20-year history, and Grandstand today is established as the intelligence layer at the heart of the sports and gaming ecosystem. Our AI transformation, consistent strong enterprise data growth, audience engagement initiatives, and diversified marketing business position Grandstand to return to top-line growth and increase cash flow in the second half of 2026 and into next year.”

The marketing segment delivered the most contribution to Grandstand’s Q2 revenue, generating $26.5 million, with data revenue rising by 12% to $11.2 million. The company further expects its B2B segment to grow by over 50% during the rest of 2026.

Product-wise, casino revenue saw a 22% decline, generating $18.4 million, while sports revenue, on the other hand, increased by 17% to $17.7 million.

Regionally, North America recorded the strongest growth with a 38% rise, adding $26.3 million to the overall Q2 revenue. UK and Ireland revenue saw weaker performance, with revenues dropping by 42% to $6.4 million.
