iGaming Ontario names Heidi Reinhart as latest Chair
Heidi Reinhart was recently named the Chair of iGaming Ontario’s Board.
Reinhart is currently working as a partner at a Canadian law firm, where she has spent most of her nearly two-decade-long career in law, specializing in corporate and securities regulations. She simultaneously works at the Advisory Committees of two major Canadian financial organizations, the Ontario Securities Commission and the TSX.
Moreover, Reinhart is currently the Vice Chair of iGaming Ontario’s parent organization, the AGCO. The new appointee originally joined the regulatory authority as a member of its board a bit less than a year ago, since which she has contributed sizably to the organization’s growth.
This news comes about a week after iGaming Ontario’s outgoing chair, Dave Forestell, was appointed as the Chair of the AGCO following the recent resignation of the regulatory authority’s previous Chair, Lalit Aggrawal. Forestell held his position at iGaming Ontario since the organization’s foundation two years ago, helping it grow with his excellent leadership skills.
In her new position, the new appointee will be tasked with leading the agency’s Board of Directors, helping iGaming Ontario expand its impact on the regulated gambling market of Ontario.
