International Game Technology inked a long-term agreement with Rhode Island Lottery under which till 2043 it stays the major provider of lottery services.

IGT’s branch will resume its delivery of lottery services and secure 1000+ employments within Rhode Island. Besides, it links up with Bally’s, which is the sole provider of video lottery machines to the state lottery.

The gaming tech firm will renovate partner’s lottery system with its products, incorporating replacements of all lottery machines in 2022. Besides, it will update its partner’s iLottery and video lottery system in 2023 and 2025 respectively. Full central systems are to get improved with IGT’s high-class technology throughout 2033-2035.

Rhode Island Lottery’s President Mark Furcolo, noted:

Dan McKee, Rhode Island runner, signed a law to permit extending the lottery last year. What’s more, IGT undertook some initiatives regarding economic improvements, such as securing 1000+ job opportunities and investment of $155mln within the state by 2043.
