IGT has recently entered a partnership with Loto-Quebec to provide the latter with video lottery terminals.

The gambling development firm was able to secure its latest contract with Loto-Quebec through a competitive process, which IGT’s Canadian division won to help the operator enhance its network of land-based lottery machines. The firm will provide the operator with its PeakDual 27 gambling terminals, which will be distributed all throughout the Canadian province of Quebec.

Loto-Quebec’s EVP and COO of Gambling Establishments, Stephane Fraser, remarked:

“For quite a long while, Loto-Quebec has looked to integrate the gambling experiences and hardware offered by IGT across our network of gambling venues throughout the province. We are excited to work with IGT through our latest collaboration agreement.”

The SVP of Sales for IGT’s Canadian and Central and South American businesses, David Flinn, stated:

“Having earned this opportunity to provide our products and services to Loto-Quebec is a testament to the quality of our offerings and represents the confidence of our partner in our capabilities.”

Through this contract, IGT will expand the list of leading lotteries it provides technological solutions to, with the firm providing products and services to more than two dozen operators across the United States, as well as to 8 of the worldwide industry’s 10 most prominent lottery firms.
