AGLC’s land-based lottery terminals will be getting replaced with new ones from IGT.

As part of this latest partnership, AGLC’s over 2600 retail lottery terminals will be getting replaced with IGT’s modern CrystalDual gambling machines, which will feature a set of ten games that are highly sought after by local players in Alberta.

The SVP of Sales at IGT’s Canadian and Latin American operations, David Flinn, commented:

“Our team took care to curate a perfect set of localized titles that would enable our partner to enhance its engagement rates to grow its operations. Combining our top-notch hardware and highly sought-after lottery games will deliver a standout experience to AGLC’s player base and help the company continue on its excellent trajectory.”

The rollout of IGT’s new games throughout AGLC’s retail establishments started a few months ago back in April and has proven to be quite successful in the period since. The developer’s games have also proven to be one of the operator’s highest-performing and most sought-after offerings, leading to an expanded statewide rollout.

IGT’s previous contract involving its lottery offerings was signed at the start of the month, which involved an extension with the Swedish Svenska Spel, prolonging the two firms’ partnership for nearly half a decade.
