AffPapa interviewed Ajay Choudhary, the CEO of Nomadz Digital, to discuss the company’s global expansion, approach to marketing, and plans for the future in detail.

Yeva: Nomadz operates in both India and Canada, two very different markets. How do you manage the dynamic between these regions, and how does it shape your overall strategy?

The expansion of Nomadz Digital & Innovation from India to Canada has presented unique challenges, which have in turn shaped distinct market strategies for each region. To build a comprehensive approach, we have leveraged India’s technological expertise and cost efficiency alongside Canada’s innovation-driven ecosystem. Leveraging the local presence and under the leadership of Mr. Rishab Agarwal, CEO of Nomadz Digital’s Canada entity, we have fostered local partnerships to better understand consumer needs, further solidifying our dynamic presence in both markets.

 Yeva: Your agency is very creative and tech-savvy at the same time. How do you keep the balance between the two and give results that have a real impact on your clients?

At Nomadz Digital & Innovation, we strike a balance between creativity and technology by fostering close collaboration between our creative and technical teams. Our technology leaders, working alongside creative minds, assess the feasibility of ideas to ensure measurable success. Leveraging emerging technologies and advanced analytics, we craft tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients in the digital landscape.

Yeva: Since you offer everything from media buying to influencer marketing, how do you know which services are the right fit for each client?

At Nomadz Digital & Innovation, our approach begins with a deep understanding of the client’s objectives before determining the most suitable service. This involves a thorough analysis of the target audience, market complexities, and detailed consultations. By leveraging data-driven insights, we strategically align our services—ranging from performance marketing, influencer marketing to media buying and more—to deliver tailored solutions that meet our clients’ needs effectively.

Yeva:  Having over a billion users worldwide is truly remarkable, how do you ensure effectiveness and quality in campaign management with such a wide outreach?

Throughout our growth, the effectiveness of our operations has been sustained by our dedicated support team, which promptly addresses all queries and concerns.Ensuring usage of credible tracking platforms and sourcing the right set of the experts to manage these platforms has helped us synchronize and maintain our extensive user database. 

Yeva: Data seems to be everywhere these days. How do you use it to shape your strategies and drive results for your clients?

We love crafting data-driven insights into powerful marketing strategies that boost brand visibility and drive conversions. From audience segmentation to in-depth metrics and insights, every aspect of data analysis informs our approach. Additionally, we incorporate customer feedback and closely monitor performance, practices that have proven essential in driving results and delivering value for our clients.

Yeva: As a leader, how do you inspire creativity and innovation within your team?

As a startup Founder & CEO, I actively promote innovation and creativity to ensure a constant flow of new ideas within the organization. We conduct cross-functional brainstorming sessions, encouraging input from all team members, regardless of department, to gather diverse perspectives. In addition to these sessions, we maintain an open culture that embraces new concepts and encourages experimentation with different methods to drive growth and success.

Yeva: Expanding a business worldwide comes with certain challenges. What has been your biggest obstacle as of yet?

With Nomadz Digital and Innovation’s expansion into Canada following our success in India, and with plans to soon enter Dubai and Russia, we have encountered consistent challenges across these diverse regions. The differences in culture, market environments, regulations, and local requirements have posed significant obstacles. However, we have navigated these complexities and successfully established our presence, ensuring a strong foothold as we continue to grow globally.

Yeva: Where do you envision Nomadz in five years, looking ahead? Are there any exciting new products or services planned for the future?

In the next five years, Nomadz Digital & Innovation will stay true to its founding vision, while continuing to evolve as a global leader in technology-driven, 360-degree marketing services. Our focus will be on introducing innovative solutions such as AI-driven marketing, advanced data analytics, and personalized customer experiences. We’re excited to enhance our service offerings, broadening our scope to deliver comprehensive solutions that push the boundaries of a traditional digital agency, ensuring we remain at the forefront of digital transformation and meet the growing needs of our clients worldwide. 

Yeva: What is your expert advice for brands who are just getting started with digital transformation?

Ensuring a retrospective mindset has been invaluable in helping us identify the unique contributions we can bring to the table, while remaining open to new ideas. It’s essential to approach brand development with a clear understanding of your goals, as well as a deep awareness of your target audience and competitors. These foundational insights are crucial to guiding the creative process and ensuring that every idea aligns with both market needs and strategic objectives.
