AffPapa recently interviewed Paul Graham, DrippyBet’s Marketing VP in Europe, where he shared insights on the brand’s player-first philosophy, global expansion strategy, and the core elements for player loyalty & affiliate success.

Yeva: DrippyBet has quickly built a reputation for offering both players and affiliates a transparent, rewarding experience. What do you credit most for DrippyBet gaining traction so quickly?

We are obsessively player-first in our approach. This has led us to focus on transparency and integrity in how we run our day to day operations. We have built every system, from payouts to promotions, carefully keeping in mind how can our player experience be made very enjoyable, white our platform being a safe, fair and trustworthy place.

For example, when it comes to rewards and bonuses, we communicate all the bonus rules upfront, very clearly and transparently. Our endeavor is to align our affiliate incentives in such a manner so that it’s best for the player experience and is also fruitful for both parties in the longer term.

Yeva: The brand has over 16,000 games in its catalog, among other advantages such as familiarity with cryptocurrencies and a strong loyalty program. What other elements contribute to DrippyBet’s uniqueness, and how do you make sure players and affiliates actually notice and connect with all those features?

We pride ourselves in giving the best and most memorable customer service to our customers. We believe in listening keenly to what our players and affiliates are saying and we strive to bring incremental changes to our offering to meet their expectations. We believe in doing regular conversations and maintaining constant touch with our customers.

It could mean sending timely emails on the latest features, giving surprise bonuses, thanking them for their feedback or just admitting that we are not there yet. This builds credibility and offers a space for dialogue and community building. Once they notice that we are actually working on their feedback, it shows our commitment and appreciation of their feedback. It builds recall value for our brand. So even though we are new and relatively a smaller brand in this fiercely competitive industry, we are slowly building a fan following for the years to come.
