Kindred makes several interim appointments
Kindred has recently carried out three interim appointments to its executive team amid its strategic review.
The first of the operator’s latest appointments is that of the company’s Interim CFO, Patrick Kortman. This news follows a previous one where Kindred’s CFO, Johan Wilsby, announced that he will be leaving the company this fall. A couple of days after that, the company’s CEO, Henrik Tjarnstrom announced his departure as well, leaving the firm with immediate effect.
Kortman has been with Kindred for nearly half a decade, starting out at the firm as its Head of Corporate Development. With his extensive expertise in various higher-level financial roles, Kortman will help the operator drive its growth while it continues the search for a permanent replacement for Wilsby.
Kindred’s Interim CEO, Nils Anden, commented:
“We are delighted to have Patrick lead our finance department as our Interim CFO. With his extensive experience in various finance-related roles, Patrick will be an invaluable member of our team as we continue working on our strategic review. We are excited to have this opportunity to maintain our excellent growth momentum throughout this period.”
Kindred’s other two recent appointments include Neil Banbury, who will be the firm’s Interim Chief Marketing and Commercial Officer, and Usha Ganesan, who will be joining Kindred’s executive team as the company’s Interim Chief Financial Operations Officer.
