Through a newly signed agreement with the American Gaming Association, MGM Resorts and BetMGM will continue running responsible gaming campaign at NFL stadiums.

Founded in 1987, MGM Resorts is an American hospitality and entertainment company. Describing itself as a unique place with beautiful architecture, compelling design, and surprising elements, MGM Resorts is a place with whimsy and delight where guests can experience fun.

With its online sports betting and gaming platform in the United States, BetMGM, MGM Resorts will keep running responsible gaming campaign at NFL stadiums together with the American Gaming Association, founded in 1994 with the goal of educating and promoting the gambling industry.

Rhea Loney, chief compliance officer of BetMGM, commented on the news:

“We’re excited to bring responsible gaming initiatives directly to fans in these NFL venues again this season. We are setting a new standard for safety and awareness in the industry. At BetMGM, we believe that protecting our players and promoting responsible play is essential to the future of sports betting.”

Since 2023, They have been one of the first operators to promote responsible gaming through marketing.

Stephen Martino, SVP and chief compliance officer at MGM Resorts, said:

“The importance of responsible gaming research funding cannot be overstated. As a gaming industry leader, it’s imperative that our company supports efforts to better understand the diverse impact gambling has on various populations, including those that may be at greater risk of developing problematic behaviours.”

Moreover, MGM Resorts will contribute US$440,000 to responsible gaming research through the International Center for Responsible Gaming and Kindbridge Research Institute.
