Paradise Co. reports strong start to 2025 with $47M

South Korea’s foreigner-only casino, Paradise Co., saw a strong start to 2025 with casino revenue growth of 1%.
There are almost 20 casinos in South Korea, and all of them are solely for foreigners. One of those casinos, Paradise Co., announced its casino revenues for January 2025, highlighting the rise of revenues by 1%, reaching KRW69.74 billion ($47.7 million).
When talking about the revenues from January 2024, this is a decline of 2.3% which totals the revenue reach to KRW72.11 billion ($49.4 million).
Currently, Paradise Co. operates major casinos like Walkerhill, Jeju, Incheon Paradise City, and Busan Casino. To attract more international guests, Paradise Co. plans to build a luxury hotel in Seoul and upgrade its VIP gaming areas. Moreover, the company plans to develop a $400 million flagship hotel and casino in the first quarter of 2025, with an opening set for 2028.
Earlier this year, Paradise Co. announced its forecasts for 2026, highlighting the potential of reaching $952M in sales. This move is part of a revamped strategy aimed at attracting more international high-rollers to its properties.
