Paradise Co. targets $952M sales by 2026
Leading casino operator in South Korea, Paradise Co., expects to grow steadily over the next several years, with sales expected to reach $952 million by 2026.
Based on the company’s 1H24 results, which include affiliates not included in consolidated financial statements, the expectation is $410 million in sales with an operating profit of $66 million.
The estimate was released on Wednesday through a filing to the South Korea Stock Exchange.
The business also intends to build a brand-new, all-suite flagship hotel in Seoul in the meantime. The company’s CEO, Choi Jong-hwan, claims that this action is a part of a revised plan to draw more foreign high rollers to its locations.
According to Paradise Co.’s filing, the project intends to develop a high-end hotel on a 13,950◡ site close to Jangchung-dong in the nation’s capital. Construction is anticipated to begin in the fourth quarter of 2024, with an opening date of 2028.
