PGC fines Wind Creek Bethlehem for underage entry violations
Added:
Wind Creek Bethlehem has been fined $125,000 by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board for ten instances in which underage people were allowed entry to the gaming floor of the casino it owns.
Eleven individuals, aged between 18 and 20, were involved in the incidents that took place in Wind Creek Bethlehem in Northampton County over a period of 20 months.
The board also decided to ban three individuals from all Commonwealth casinos for leaving minors unsupervised so they could play games, or to uphold a previous ban on them. The board’s actions serve as a warning that because it puts children in potentially dangerous situations, adults are not allowed to leave minors unsupervised in a hotel, a parking lot, or other area of a casino.
