Raketech revenue falls by 36% YoY in Q1 2026
The affiliate marketing company Raketech has posted its Q1 earnings, revealing that revenue from continuing operations declined by 36% year-on-year and reached €5.3 million, compared to 2025’s €8.3 million.
Adjusted EBITDA for the quarter reached €1.2 million, which was relatively flat in comparison with Q1 2025’s €1.3 million, while reported EBITDA was €1.17 million with a 22.1% marginal improvement.
As a result of the Casinofeber Media and TVMatchen/sport media-led products launch in February 2026, the company’s affiliate marketing sector showed a 1.5% rise; moreover, the segment now makes up 75% of Raketech’s total revenue at €4 million.
Raketech CEO, Johan Svensson, stated:
“Looking ahead, our priorities are clear. We will continue to strengthen our Nordic Affiliation Marketing portfolio, scale the successful media and sports content concepts into additional markets and products, and improve execution within the Organic Publisher Network. With improved EBITDA, stable development across our Nordic core, and a clearer operating structure, we believe Raketech is entering 2026 with a stronger foundation for gradual improvement.”
On the other hand, revenue from SubAffiliation sharply decreased by 61% from €3.4 million to €1.34 million. Profit also declined by 65.5% to €272,000, with adjusted operating profit going down to €316,000, a 70.8% drop.
Raketech had also sold its Casumba Media business back in September 2025 because of regulatory exposure and ongoing challenges, as noted by executives, but has since stressed that the decision has created space for more growth opportunities.
