Robinhood has shared its Q2 2026 earnings, with a 32.25% jump in quarterly revenue reaching $1.3 billion, surpassing estimates by 2%.

EBITDA stood at $741 million, representing a 56.65% margin, while net income of $560 million passed estimates by 43.64%. Total transaction-based revenue reached $776 million, a 44% year-on-year increase.

For the event contracts segment, the company generated $156 million in quarterly revenue, while cryptocurrency revenue hit $100 million. For comparison, the company reported $10 million in event contracts revenue and $160 million in the crypto segment in Q2 2025. The results clearly show how strongly prediction markets have impacted trading activity, while fewer users engaged in crypto trading.

Robinhood CEO Vlad Tenev commented:

“Whether it’s the Robinhood Chain, Robinhood Ventures, or Trump Accounts, our product velocity is focused on one goal: making everyone an owner.”

CFO Shiv Verma further added:

“The business is firing on all cylinders. We delivered record revenues and drove new highs across equity, option, and event contract volumes, as we continue to win market share.”

Additionally, Robinhood reached $342 million in options trading revenue, up 29%. Net deposits for the second quarter reached $21.7 billion, representing a 28% growth rate, with funded accounts reaching 28.4 million, a 7% rise, and investment accounts reaching 29.9 million, a further 9% increase.
