Scott Saunders quits Star Entertainment

Scott Saunders, who joined The Star Entertainment as Group Chief Risk Officer in February 2023, has resigned from the position.
He will remain in office until January 31, 2025, to ensure a smooth transition to his successor and also to carry out his mandate in connection with the remediation program of the organization. Saunders will be leaving all directorial roles on boards related to subsidiary companies right away.
Group chief executive officer of The Star, Neale O’Connell thanked Scot:
“I want to thank Scott for his dedication and commitment to The Star during a difficult and transformative period and wish him well in his future endeavours.”
Star Entertainment noted that they will soon start to search for a new group CRO.
