SoftSwiss has unveiled that its anti-fraud services have helped out with solving 70 different complaints over the past nine or so months, amounting to a total refund sum of over €370,000.

The company stated that this amount is proof to the absence of bias in its conflict resolution strategy when it comes to operator/player issues. The provider also said that this shows the large amount of honesty and reliability in its services and processes.

SoftSwiss anti-fraud team lead, Anastasia Vyshinskaia, noted:

“Our team is glad to be helping out such a large number of people and keeping it objective and honest every step of the way. Cooperation with the Support Team of dozens of casinos as well as notifications from the providers helps us always detect and react timely.”

The company’s anti-fraud service is a section of its SoftSwiss Managed Services, alongside the VIP & Retention team, as well as the First Line Support team. Such processes allow all operator to go forth with bonus abuse checks on their players, and even identifying duplicate accounts and blocking them.
