The addition was announced in August 2026. Relevo, a football-led outlet first launched in 2022, now publishes at Relevo.com as part of the group. iGaming.com Group works across several markets with close to 300 staff and also runs iGamingCare, its safer-gambling service.
Along with the brand and the Relevo.com domain came the archive built between 2022 and 2025 and the social accounts. Vocento, its publisher in those years, is out of the picture, with no stake left and no say on the editorial or commercial side. The newsroom leans on the group for technology, data, and operations while editorial decisions stay in-house.
Andreas Ditsche, CEO of iGaming.com Group, said:
“Relevo begins this chapter with a different structure and the backing of iGaming.com Group’s international experience. We want to build a strong publication that remains close to sports fans and is sustainable over the long term.”
Coverage runs from football through basketball, cycling and motorsport, and the outlet also publishes betting and casino comparison content for adult readers, among it Relevo’s online casino comparison for Spain. Only companies holding a DGOJ licence are listed. That is the regulator that banned 14 unlicensed operators from the Spanish market for two years. Affiliate links are disclosed, and commercial arrangements carry no weight in ratings, recommendations, or placement. The ranking is signed and dated, and states how much each scoring criterion counts.
Sports outlets have moved into affiliate and media group portfolios before, XLMedia’s takeover of Sports Betting Dime among them. The 2026-27 campaign, now in progress, is its first season inside the group. Editors on staff are backed by specialist contributors and freelance journalists, and the group says recruitment has not closed.
