The AffPapa Conference Madrid 2026, which brought together 1100+ affiliates, operators, and B2B providers for three days of intensive, affiliate-led networking, officially came to a close on May 20th.
Held from May 18 to 20 at Novotel Madrid Center, AffPapa’s biggest affiliate-led conference yet had successfully turned the city into a meeting point for the industry.
Starting with a full day of side events across the city, the AffPapa Conference Madrid continued with two days of industry discussions and a wide range of networking activities.
Panels, workshops, and industry discussions take center stage
On May 19 and 20, the AffPapa Conference Madrid continued with a packed agenda of panels, workshops, and networking opportunities focused on the latest developments in iGaming and affiliate marketing.
This year’s program featured Affiliate Morning Club sessions and an AI Workshop powered by createIT, alongside discussions covering business strategy, operator-affiliate relationships, regulation, market trends, blockchain, crypto, NFTs, and the Spanish iGaming market.
Exhibitors also showcased their brands through fully customizable booth spaces, designed to support deeper engagement and visibility throughout the event.
Speed-dating sessions driving new business connections
The attendee-favorite speed-dating sessions returned during the AffPapa Conference Madrid, extending the event’s focus on direct collaboration through fast introductions and new partnerships.
Affiliates and operators connected in one-minute rotations, allowing both sides to spot common grounds right away and decide whether to continue discussions beyond the session. Designed to keep conversations focused and efficient with back-to-back meetings and a steady flow of new connections, the speed-dating sessions turned into one of the most active networking formats of the event.
Beyond the conference floor: side events and networking drinks by iGaming Club
Networking continued across Madrid with a series of side events designed to bring attendees together in a more informal setting and extend conversations beyond the main agenda. The AffPapa Conference Madrid 2026 side events included:
- Running Club, powered by Hybrid Interaction and organized with The Walking Spread
- Padel tournament powered by Bazoom
- Guided tour of the Santiago Bernabéu and Real Madrid Museum powered by JoinAff.
The opening day wrapped up with the official Networking Event at Teatro Magno Club, where the industry came together for drinks, conversations, and early connections ahead of the conference sessions.
After the second conference day, networking continued throughout iGaming Club’s exclusive networking party at La Reserva Club, creating a more relaxed setting for attendees to continue discussions and build new relationships.
AffPapa iGaming Awards 2026 & closing party
The conference culminated with the 5th annual AffPapa iGaming Awards 2026, held under the theme “The Test of Time” at the historic Real Casino de Madrid.
The anniversary edition of the ceremony brought the industry together to celebrate affiliates, operators, and B2B providers who continue to raise standards and drive innovation across the sector. In line with the special theme, the AffPapa iGaming Awards also introduced four new exclusive categories:
- Woman Leader of the Year
- CEO of the Year
- Affiliate Manager of the Year
- Best Employer of the Year
The three-day agenda of the AffPapa Conference Madrid concluded with an official closing party featuring international DJ and producer Kryoman, marking the end of the most extensive AffPapa Conference edition to date.
The CEO of AffPapa and iGaming Club, Levon Nikoghosyan, shared in a statement:
