The Star Group is unable to get licensed for Sydney casino
ABC reports that The Star Entertainment Group cannot be licensed for Sydney casino.
At the moment, the New South Wales gaming regulator are investigating the star as they are suspected in various crimes such as fraud, money laundering and foreign interference.
The investigator chose chairperson A. Bell, SC to prove the Australian operator cannot be authorized for the Sydney casino. Assuming the group is only at the start of the recovery path.
Recently N. Sharp, SC, the consul assistant, stated dishonorable behavior from the legal and V.I.P teams of the star, also failing in the risk management. She explained that the board is the one to blame for these failures. During the last few weeks’ number of C- level executives resigned from their roles.
“All the proof confirming that not only the star is unable to be licensed for the casino but also its associate is not suitable is submitted for public hearing. The time of deep reflection has not yet arrived, which is obviously going to be inevitable for developing a concrete plan and to bring these corporations into a suitable position.”
