Ukraine’s gambling regulator PlayCity has fined Slots U.A. LLC, which runs the BetKing and 777.ua brands, more than $105,000 for two compliance breaches.

The violations were identified during an unscheduled inspection, with the bigger penalty, UAH4.32 million, relating to the operator letting third parties top up players’ gaming balances. A second fine of UAH432,350 was issued because Slots U.A. hadn’t followed an earlier PlayCity order to fix past breaches.

PlayCity published the decision on its official Telegram channel and said it would act against any licensee that fails to meet its obligations.

Slots U.A. was already fined in May 2026, when PlayCity ordered it to pay more than UAH432,000 for not handing over requested information in time.

The regulator had commented at the time:

“Prompt and complete provision of information is the duty of gambling organizers and an important condition for the transparent operation of the gambling market.”

Earlier in October 2026, the regulator fined UAF Marketing LLC almost UAH5.2 million over advertising for an online casino brand that is the title sponsor of the 2026/27 Ukrainian Cup. PlayCity, which took over from the previous regulator in 2025, has also partnered with YouTube to limit offshore casino ads.
