WynnBet to extend its reach across seven US states

WynnBet, an online gaming division of Wynn Resort, has signed a multi-year partnership with Elite Casino Resorts. Through this deal, they will be expanding to about seven new American states. This will eventually surely increase WynnBet’s market access.

As of now, WynnBet is operating in only a few states – mainly in Colorado and New Jersey – and is currently being pushed to be available in Michigan. The new partnership is improving market access and therefore player access to the online betting platform. Pointedly, this is possible seeing as Elite’s Casinos and Resorts are WynnBet’s new licencing tool.

Recently, this company has gained access to the market in Nevada, Massachusetts, Iowa and Indiana. Not only that, but they have also submitted applications to acquire licences what will allow them to operate in Virginia and Tennessee. Aside from the rapid expansion of WynnBet across various American states, they are pushing for market access in many more jurisdictions all over the U.S.

We can expect to see such announcements pretty soon; and this will mark major progress for the iGaming industry. This will be useful progress, seeing as there is a market out there for iGaming, as WynnBet has noted that they will reach two-thirds of potential online bettors in America, proving that they have increased market access.

WynnBet is accelerating market access by having already secured iGaming partnerships with some other companies in the industry, such as BetBull, who provide WynnBet with wagering services and technology, Scientific Games and GAN who have helped improve jurisdiction access.

WynnBet has pushed and will keep pushing for increased market access as Wynn Resorts have not really been successful in the last few years. In November 2020, results showed that Wynn Resorts saw decreased revenue to $371m (£273m). The increasing market access will not only favour this brand but also serves as a wonderful investment tool for affiliates in 2021.
