Caesars Entertainment shared its Q2 2026 earnings on July 28, 2026, revealing that the company generated $2.99 billion in quarterly group net revenue, representing a 3% year-on-year increase and passing consensus estimates.
Adjusted EBITDA for Q2 came at $920 million, a 4% decline, which is slightly lower than estimates of $962.7 million. Regarding group net income, Caesars suffered a $62 million loss; however, the number was an improvement compared to 2025’s $82 million loss.
Las Vegas revenue decreased by 3.5% to $1 billion, with adjusted EBITDA dropping by 13% to $410 million. Net income for the quarter also suffered, going down by 26% to $156 million.
On the other hand, the regional segment generated $1.57 billion in revenue, a 9.4% rise. The business also improved 2025’s $11 million loss with a $23 million profit in Q2 2026. The Caesars Digital segment also saw some improvement with a 2.3% increase in revenue to $351 million, but adjusted EBITDA dropped by 15% to $68 million.
The company didn’t conduct its usual earnings call and only shared a press release as Caesars is in the process of being acquired by Fertitta Entertainment.

Cash and cash equivalents stood at $965 million, while outstanding debt was $11.8 billion as of June 30, 2026.
