Crypto.com exits Nevada sports betting market on November 3

According to the Nevada Gaming Control Board, Crypto.com will stop offering sports event contracts to Nevada residents starting November 3.

The move comes after a federal judge rejected Crypto.com’s bid to continue the sports injunction earlier this month.Crypto.com had taken legal action against the Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) back in June 2025, claiming the state is overstepping its authority by blocking its sports-related financial contracts.

Board’s notice, issued by its chair, Brittnie Dreitzer, states:

“Crypto.com will no longer hold open positions in sports event contracts for Nevada residents and will not permit new contracts to be opened. The Board has been working diligently to uphold its charge to protect the safety, morals, good order, and general welfare of the inhabitants of the state, to foster the stability and success of gaming, and to preserve the competitive economy and policies of free competition of the state of Nevada.”

Dreitzer warned that any Nevada licensee working with unlicensed operators or offering similar services in other states without following local laws could face disciplinary action.

“The Board will consider these developments as it evaluates the suitability of the entity to maintain a Nevada gaming license.”

Dreitzer said.
