Deadheat’s licenses suspended by Gambling Commission

The Gambling Commission of Great Britain has suspended, effective immediately, Deadheat Racing’s both remote and non-remote licenses in connection with social responsibility and anti-money laundering failures.

The commission has noted that they have warned Deadheat that during the suspension, they are expected to treat consumers fairly and keep them informed of new developments.

The commission mentioned in their statement:

“The review and consequent suspension follow concerns that activities have been carried out in a manner which is inconsistent with the licensing objectives, not in accordance with conditions of their license, and that the licensee may be unsuitable to carry on the licensed activities.”

After making various announcements on suspensions and fines, Deadheat was the latest target of the regulators.

Just recently, a £650,000 fine was issued to Videoslots for breaching anti-money laundering and social responsibility regulations. Another £650,000 fine was put on NetBet in early November 2025 for violating the same regulations.

Spribe OÜ’s software license was also revoked in October 2025, following the commission’s statement that it had serious non-compliance issues. The company stated they would immediately be applying for a new license and expect to be up and running in a few weeks.
