The American global hospitality and entertainment company MGM Resorts International announced the promotion of Ari Kastrati as the chief content, hospitality, and development officer.

With more than 25 years of experience in the industry of hospitality, Kastrati is an experienced specialist who worked with various different premium brands before joining MGM.

Since joining MGM in 2010, Kastrati has been a key figure in the company’s development with his dynamic portfolio of dining and nightlife venues. In his recent role as Chief Hospitality Officer, Ari Kastrati oversaw the company’s Hospitality Centre of Excellence. Now, Ari Kastrati will be promoted to the chief content, hospitality, and development officer.

MGM stated:

“In his new role, Kastrati will oversee the company’s global design and development efforts and sports and entertainment partnerships. He also will continue to drive the company’s hospitality strategy, including the development of food and beverage and nightlife concepts, and lead the company’s lifestyle, retail, leasing, and arts divisions.”

Kastrati shared his excitement:

“MGM Resorts is continuing to extend into some of the world’s most exciting luxury destinations, and I am thrilled to play a bigger role in our growth. It’s an honor to not just grow within the company but serve in an expanded leadership role, and I look forward to helping the company redefine the gaming entertainment experience for our guests in Las Vegas and globally.”

MGM Resorts is working on expanding its footprint with its professional staff and new location targets. Recently, MGM applied for an Abu Dhabi casino license.
