The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board revealed that the state has set a new record in gaming revenue during November 2025, generating $623.1 million.
Total gaming revenue increased by 10.8% year-on-year, covering income from retail slot machines and table games, online casino gaming, and fantasy contests, as well as video gaming terminals.
Online casino revenue comprised $242.7 million in November 2025, which was 21% higher than in November 2024. The biggest contribution came from online slots with $185.4 million. It was followed by digital table games with $55.1 million and online poker with $2.3 million. iGaming tax payments totaled $109.2 million, which was 41.9% of gaming tax collections.
The leader in iGaming revenue was Hollywood Casino at Penn National Race Course with $91.3 million. Its license is linked to DraftKings Casino, BetMGM Casino, and the online Hollywood Casino platform.
Sports wagering handle also reached a new record with $990.6 million in November 2025, while total sports betting revenue generated $98.3 million.
Fantasy sports contests saw a 2.8% increase year-on-year, producing $2.5 million. DraftKings came in first with $1.74 million, followed by FanDuel at $567,000 and Underdog at $213,000.
On the other hand, retail casino revenues declined year-on-year, with slot machines generating 0.1% less, standing at $201.2 million, and table games revenue falling by 3.6% to $74.7 million.
Pennsylvania collected $260.9 million in total gaming taxes during November 2025.
