SBEA+ will commence next week

The forthcoming edition of the SBEA+ conference will start at the end of next week.

Being home to a rapidly developing and growing middle-class population of more than 300 million people, the African region’s economy is destined to continue expanding at pace. Thanks to this expansion, the continent will be offering various international industries lots of opportunities to grow, with the iGaming industry having lots of potential to succeed in local markets.

As the continent continuously enhances its connectivity, sports wagering is becoming a widespread form of entertainment for many sports fans. Through a recent study carried out by GeoPoll, it was discovered that in many East African countries, like Uganda, Tanzania, and Kenya, the majority of survey participants had enjoyed the pastime before, with the latter leading the way at just under 84%.

The upcoming SBEA+ conference will help its attendees learn about the quirks and features of the East African market and maximize their revenues from the region. Many invaluable topics will be discussed throughout the event, such as the differences between the African gambling market and the European one, the most important requirements to grow in the continent, and how operators can take advantage of the growing popularity of eSports in the region.

Furthermore, the conference will offer attendees insights on topics like mobile gambling and cryptocurrencies, and will also be showcasing the leading solutions of Novogames Uganda, a subsidiary of Novomatic that aims to establish a factory of gambling terminals in Uganda to help operators grow in the market’s retail vertical.

Be sure to acquire your tickets to the conference before the end of July 7, as they won’t be available after midnight. Additionally, check out our iGaming Events page to learn more about other upcoming industry events.
