Kenneth Feng appointed CEO of MGM China

On December 19, 2025, the board of MGM China Holdings appointed Kenneth Feng as CEO of the Macau-focused casino operator.

Feng has been employed by MGM Resorts International since 2001 and was appointed as VP of international operations in 2007. A decade later, in 2017, he was promoted to executive VP of MGM international operations.

He first joined the MGM China board in 2018 as a non-executive director and was later appointed as president and strategic and chief financial officer in 2020. In 2023, Feng was once again re-designated as executive director and president. He also served on the company’s audit committee between May 2018 and November 2019.

Under his new CEO position terms, Feng will serve for a fixed three years. Compensation will include an annual gross fixed salary of $1.5 million, with an annual management bonus based on company performance and individual contributions. According to MGM China’s 2024 report, Feng received $3.1 million for that year, including salary, benefits, share-based payments, and performance-based incentives.

Following the news, MGM China announced another change in leadership, as President and COO Hubert Wang is to step down from his position. His role will be filled by Tian Han, a long-standing executive in the organization who has been in the company even before the launch of MGM Macau in 2007.
