Drake places $300K bet on Jannik Sinner at 2025 US Open
Drake is once again making headlines, betting $300,000 on current world No. 1 tennis player Jannik Sinner to win the 2025 US Open, with the chance to make $507,000.
Drake shared the news on social media, adding another story to his massive sports bet. While he has had some success, fans often joke that the athletes or teams he supports eventually end up losing. Back in June, Drake lost $8M to gambling and later announced the end of his gambling streams.

The curse has followed him for years. At last year’s US Open, Drake lost $210,000 after betting on American Taylor Fritz to upset Sinner in the final. But the rapper bounced back at the Australian Open in January, winning $345,000 after correctly picking Sinner to win the championship. Overall, he’s still down about $115,000 on tennis bets.
