Bragg Gaming appoints Matevz Mazij as CEO

Matevz Mazij will be leading Bragg Gaming as its latest CEO.

Mazij is the founder of Oryx Gaming, which has provided Bragg Gaming with account management, remote game server, and aggregation solutions since its acquisition around half a decade ago. He is also one of the group’s most prominent stakeholders and the Chair of its Board, all of which further solidify Mazij as an excellent candidate to lead the development firm.

Bragg Gaming’s Head Independent Director, Holly Gagnon, remarked:

“We would like to express our gratitude to Yaniv for his dedication to the firm and excellent leadership. We are certain that Matevz’s extensive expertise at the firm and its operations will allow him to maintain Bragg’s standout growth momentum to continue generating value for our stakeholders.”

The new appointee commented:

“After working with Bragg’s Board for a few years, I am delighted to have this opportunity to take on an operational position and help the firm grow at pace. Bragg has a lot of opportunities to grow across numerous established and emerging markets around the globe, which I am eager to take advantage of in the near future.”

Mazij has already taken over the responsibilities of Bragg’s outgoing CEO, Yaniv Sherman, who has recently announced that he has stepped down from his role.
