DraftKings launches My Budget Builder for safe gaming
A leading U.S. sports betting company, DraftKings has introduced My Budget Builder, a new tool to help players manage their gaming budgets responsibly.
My Budget Builder is available for players on both the app and web versions. Players can choose limits on things like deposit amounts, total bets, individual bets, losses, spent time, contest entries, and entry fees. These settings can be applied for daily, weekly, or monthly periods.
Lori Kalani, Chief Responsible Gaming Officer at DraftKings, said:
“My Budget Builder is a new kind of Responsible Gaming tool—intuitive, proactive, and personalized. It reflects our ongoing commitment to creating fun, enjoyable environments for our players. By enhancing how players engage with limit-setting, we are providing another resource that players can use to help them play responsibly.”
While players can lower their limits at any time, increases won’t take effect until the set time ends. My Budget Builder is available across all DraftKings’ platforms, including Sportsbook, Daily Fantasy Sports/Pick6, and Casino.
This tool is part of DraftKings’ continued effort to promote responsible gaming through better education, accessibility, and innovative features. It builds on the success of My Stat Sheet, which has been used more than 20 million times since its launch.
