Svenska Spel hires Frank Hojem as Sustainability Lead
Frank Hojem is going to be Svenska Spel’s latest Director of Sustainability and Communications.
The new appointee has over a decade of experience in senior roles similar to his latest one at Svenska Spel, with his most recent position being at the SEB bank. Hojem also has an extensive background in various political roles, having previously been the secretary of one of the former leaders of the Swedish Centre Party.
The Chief Executive of Svenska Spel, Patrik Hofbauer, stated:
“We are delighted to add Frank to our team. In his new position, he will be able to make use of his extensive experience in helping with sustainability efforts at major local firms to enhance our operations, and will be an excellent new member of our managing team.”
The new appointee, Frank Hojem, commented:
“I am excited to have this opportunity to collaborate with the team at Svenska Spel, which is quite uniquely positioned in Sweden as a prominent local sports associate and a gambling firm that emphasizes sustainability and responsible gambling. I am eager to contribute to the firm’s sustainability efforts in the near future.”
Svenska Spel’s latest appointment will be finalized in the forthcoming couple of months and Hojem will officially take over his new responsibilities at the firm on the 14th of August.
