Q1 2025: Bragg Gaming Starts with 7% Revenue Rise, Powered by US and Brazil

Bragg Gaming Group posts strong Q1 2025 results with 7% revenue growth, led by booming US and Brazil markets and record proprietary content share.
The growth comes despite regulatory headwinds in the Netherlands, with surging performance in the United States and Brazil driving a 27% revenue increase when excluding the Dutch market.
Adjusted EBITDA rose 19.7% to €4.1 million, fueled by a greater share of high-margin proprietary content, which reached a record 15.5% of total group revenue. US revenue alone surged by 150% year-over-year, solidifying the company’s strategic foothold in North America.
Bragg Gaming Group CEO Matevž Mazij shared:
“We are thrilled to be reporting a strong start to 2025, showing that we are executing on our strategy and moving the metrics that we believe are most important to shareholder value. This quarter’s results highlight operational leverage, improved product mix, and increased cash generation.”
Gross profit rose 20.3% to €14.3 million, boosting the margin from 49.9% to 56.0%. Cash from operations jumped 63.5% to €4.5 million, further underscoring improved efficiency.
While the Netherlands continued to pose challenges due to regulatory slowdowns, Bragg remains confident in its strategic pivot.
Matevž Mazij added:
“We’re reducing our exposure to the Netherlands while seeing strong growth in markets such as the United States and Brazil.”
Q1 also saw the rollout of Bragg’s partnership with Caesars Digital, including the launch of Caesars Palace Signature Multihand Blackjack Surrender, developed with Bragg’s proprietary game server tech.
Looking ahead, the company reaffirmed its full-year 2025 guidance of €117.5 million to €123 million in revenue, with adjusted EBITDA projected between €19 million and €21.5 million, citing ongoing content growth and market expansion across the Americas.
