SkyCity Entertainment, New Zealand-based giant tourism, entertainment and leisure center, announces that after 10 February COVID-19 vaccination will become mandatory for entering its places within the capital city of Adelaide.

All employees and customers have to prove that they are fully vaccinated in order to enter SkyCity venues in Adelaide.  

Among the venues of SkyCity brand are the casino, hotels together with bars and restaurants.

The chief operating officer at SkyCity Australia, David Christian states that the decision will ensure high-level protection for its workers and guests against pandemic cases. He mentions that their company has seen a crisis because of the pandemic outbreak and restrictions, and now they promote people to get vaccinated.

“As we provide the largest entertaining services within Australia, we needed to take action against the outbreak of pandemic. Our decision is to serve for our customer’ safety as public health research proves that the vaccines are the best protection against the pandemic”

Christian states.

Christian goes on thanking all the employees and guests for their comprehension.   

The guests and clients of SkyCity have to carry printed or digital Coronavirus certificates on their mobile phones before entering the venues. Other unvaccinated citizens have to show official medical exemptions.
