Scout Gaming adds new operator – Betano
Scout Gaming– a fantasy sports group, has added the Kaizen-owned Betano brand as a new operator, allowing the latter to make its debut into the fantasy sports market.
Chief executive A. Ternström is leaving Scout Gaming Group
After working for Scout Gaming Group for 6 years, the chief executive officer Andreas Ternström is leaving his role.
A.Ternström is a businessman from Sweden and back in 2016 he became the president and CEO of the group. Now as a result of a big reorganization, he is going to depart.
Niklas Braathen, currently replacing the ex CEO, expressed appreciation by thanking him for everything he has done for Scout Group. Later he added that Ternström’s departure is “appropriate”.
Recently as the result of the current war happening in Ukraine, Scout had a negative financial performance. During the 1st quarter of 2022 the profit from gaming operators was lowered by 20%.
“I want to thank my partners and colleagues and every single courageous employee working in Ukraine at this moment, regardless of the ongoing war and pandemic. I am going to stay loyal to the company as I am still going to be the shareholder. I wish to help to develop the scout group in the near future.”
