Flutter Board sees new changes

Flutter Entertainment is making adjustments in their board by hiring Holly Keller Koeppel, Carolan Lennon and David Lazzarato.

Michael Cawley is resigning from his roles as Director of the Audit Committee and non-exec. He will be replaced with Keller Koeppel.

Zillah Byng-Thorne is leaving her job as a Head of Risk and Sustainability Committee, but she will keep her position as non-exec, so she will be replaced by David Lazzarato.

The new members will take on their roles beginning on April 28.

The adjustments happen after Flutter revealed that last year they lost 288 million euros.

On July 1, AIB Group non-exec and Senior Independent Director Carolan Lennon will become Flutter’s non-exec and Country Leader of Salesforce Ireland.  During her career she worked as a CEO, CCO, “marketing director” and “consumer director” in different organizations.

“After looking for a new member we are pleased to welcome C. Lennon as a non-executive director. With a thorough understanding of regulated consumer-facing online firms, she has considerable experience. This change matches with our Board program. We can’t wait for him to join us and help us in the future.”

commented Flutter Group Director, Gary McGann.
