GiG adds new service to its SaaS offerings
GiG has recently launched a brand new offering that will enhance its SaaS licensed solutions.
The new Enterprise service is made specifically to assist clients wishing to modify and expand the capabilities of GiG’s platform offering. This will give them the benefits of technology autonomy simultaneously with the upsides of the provider’s proprietary products. The solution will be available exclusively to operators who have the technical expertise and knowledge to take advantage of it.
GiG has already entered into an agreement with one of its prominent clients, as part of which the new Enterprise services will be implemented for the first time. Additionally, it involved significant setup fees and recurring charges over the course of the contract, which will boost the provider’s earnings by a sizable margin, enhancing its licensing model.
“For quite a while we have believed that giving technically capable operators the ability to custom tailor our platform solution to better suit their needs will deliver a more enhanced customer experience. Demand for flexible and customizable services has been steadily rising over the past little while, and with our platform being developed with a high degree of flexibility in mind, we can now offer a solution that will perfectly fit a large selection of varied operators. Additionally, we believe that our Enterprise offering stands out in the industry as a one-of-a-kind service as we have not been able to identify any comparable alternatives to it at this time.”
